184. SOLO EPISODE! WE ARE SO BACK, BABY!

No Vacancy is BACKKKKK! 📢 After a completely unplanned hiatus, I am so happy to be back on the mic and fill you all in on where the actual heck I've been.

This summer has kicked my butt hardcore, but in the best way. We bought a sleepaway camp on May 1st, and I was thrown into the busiest summer ever with inherited bookings, learning the ropes of operating this beast, watching hundreds of thousands be spent on deferred maintenance (with barely any income coming in yet 😬), building all new SOPs from scratch, and juggling a full rebrand and new marketing strategy... 

All this to say, No Vacancy had to take the back burner, but looking back, this break was so needed. I have so many exciting episodes lined up for you all, and we're going deeper than ever on how to expand your portfolio and invest beyond short-term rentals.
