109. Life Update (aka Baby is Coming) + An Encouragement

Hey friends!

This is a short and sweet episode of me sharing what's going on currently in my life (spoiler alert: being induced this Saturday and having a baby!). Yeah, pretty big deal. So, I'm practicing what I'm preaching and just taking some time off from the podcast to care for myself, my family, my nervous system and all the things! And taking away the pressure to full on show up in this precious season of my life.

I'm not sure how long this season will be, but it will be a time of discerning how to move forward well and with a servant-filled heart.
