We're Back.....And Grief Came With Us

After a long summer break, we're finally back - and there's plenty to catch up on. In this episode, its just the two of us having an honest chat about where we've been, what summer has looked like for us and , of course, how grief has shown up along the way. Because taking a break from the podcast doesn't mean taking a break from grief. There have been good days, difficult days, unexpected emotions, memories, guilt and laughter. Not to mention those memories when grief catches you completely off guard. No big agenda, no carefully prepared answers - just two mums talking openly about life and grief. It feels so good to be back !
