<p>Jack and Jill just raised a $40m Series A led by Air Street Capital with Madrona joining the round, and participation from existing investors. This brings total funding to $60m, just ten months after their $20m Seed. Revenue has grown 40x since the seed round.</p><p><br></p><p>Matt Wilson is Co-Founder and CEO of Jack &amp; Jill. They are two AI agents, where Jack works for the person looking for the next step in their career, while Jill works for the company hiring. When they agree it&#39;s a good match, the candidate is introduced directly to the decision maker instead of filling in an application.
