Flagstaff Gets Land Donation to Help Reduce Flooding

Energy infrastructure company Kinder Morgan has donated over four acres of land to the City of Flagstaff to construct the Shadow Mountain Flood Basin, a regional detention basin to reduce flood and mud-flow threats to Eastern Flagstaff neighborhoods.
