Mississippi among states getting $500 Obamacare refunds

Some Affordable Care Act enrollees will be getting money back. The refunds would go to consumers in 30 states who do not receive premium subsidies and who purchased coverage through the federal marketplace, called Healthcare.gov, including Mississippi.
