His journey eventually led to a remarkable career in law enforcement, including more than 25 years of service with the Dayton, Ohio Police Department.</p><p><br></p><p>Through decades of leadership in high-pressure environments, Pat learned valuable lessons about resilience, integrity, responsibility, and the importance of serving others.</p><p><br></p><p>We explore the meaning of warrior leadership, servant leadership, and purposeful leadership.
