Terms of use
Version of 12 September 2026
These terms apply to everyone who uses Podlinkr. We wrote them to be as clear as we could. Questions? Email hello@podlinkr.com. If this English version and the Dutch one differ, the Dutch version applies.
1. Who we are
Podlinkr (podlinkr.com) is a service of:

2024 VL Haarlem
The Netherlands

2. Definitions
- Podlinkr: the website podlinkr.com and everything that comes with it, such as the studio.
- Page: a podcast’s page on Podlinkr, with links to podcast apps.
- Podcaster: someone with an account who manages a page, as an owner or an editor.
- Listener: anyone who visits a page.
- Pro: the paid features for a page.
- Consumer: a podcaster who doesn’t use Podlinkr for a trade or business.
3. When these terms apply
These terms apply to all use of Podlinkr, by listeners and podcasters, for business or privately. Other terms, such as purchasing conditions, only apply if we have agreed so in writing. Payments are also subject to Stripe’s terms.
4. Pages for every podcast
Podlinkr creates pages automatically from public information, such as RSS feeds, Apple Podcasts, Podcast Index, Spotify, Deezer and Podcastluisteren.nl. That information can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. We update pages automatically and may change, merge or remove them. A page exists even if its podcaster hasn’t claimed it.
5. Account and logging in
You log in with a code we send to your email address. Make sure only you have access to that email address. Whatever happens through your account counts as done by you. If you notice misuse, email us right away.
6. Claiming a page
- You claim a page by showing that you manage the podcast’s RSS feed: with a code we send to the email address in the feed, or with a code you put in the feed.
- Only claim a podcast that is yours, or for which you have permission from whoever holds the rights.
- Claiming gives you the right to manage the page. It doesn’t make you the owner of the page or its address.
- If it’s unclear who manages a podcast, if the feed gets a new manager, or if we receive a well-founded complaint, we may withdraw a claim or give it to someone else. We may then ask for new proof.
7. Teams
An owner can add others as owner or editor. Owners are responsible for whom they add and for what those people do on the page. A page always has at least one owner.
8. Addresses and custom links
Every page has an address, such as podlinkr.com/name. You can change it in the studio, and with Pro give an episode its own address, such as podlinkr.com/name/ep12.
An address isn’t yours and you can’t transfer it. We may change or withdraw an address, or give it to another page, for example if:
- another podcast has a clearly stronger claim to it, for example because the address exactly matches its name or brand;
- the address is misleading or infringes the rights of others, such as a trademark or trade name;
- we need the address for Podlinkr itself;
- the page hasn’t been used for a long time.
Where reasonably possible we tell you in advance, and where we can we redirect the old address to the new one.
9. Content and rights
- Titles, descriptions, images, audio and other content remain the property of their rights holders.
- For content that is yours, you give us free, non-exclusive permission to show and process it, as far as Podlinkr needs to and for as long as the page exists.
- You guarantee that you may use what you add, such as links, and that it doesn’t infringe anyone’s rights.
- Does something on Podlinkr infringe your rights? Email hello@podlinkr.com with the page, what’s wrong and why. We respond as quickly as we can and remove unlawful content.
10. What’s not allowed
You may not use Podlinkr to:
- link to misleading, harmful or unlawful content, such as phishing or malware;
- pose as another podcaster or podcast;
- overload Podlinkr, read it automatically at scale beyond the regular pages and the sitemap, or get around its security;
- influence the statistics with fake visits or fake clicks.
If you do, we may remove content, switch off features or block your account.
11. Pro and payment
- Pro costs an amount per page per month. With more Pro pages in one account, you pay less per page. Current prices are on podlinkr.com and in the studio. All prices are in euros and include VAT.
- All Pro pages of an account are part of one subscription, paid monthly in advance. When you turn Pro on or off for a page, the amount is adjusted proportionally.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We don’t store card or account numbers.
- Invoices, your payment details and cancelling are under Manage subscription in the studio.
- If a payment fails, Stripe tries again a few times. If it still doesn’t succeed, Pro stops.
- We announce price changes at least 30 days in advance. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before the new price takes effect.
12. Free week
Every account can try Pro free for 7 days, once. You enter your payment details for it. If you don’t cancel before the free week ends, the subscription starts automatically and you pay monthly from then on. The studio shows when your free week ends.
13. Cancelling
You can cancel Pro at any time under Manage subscription in the studio. Pro keeps running until the end of the period you already paid for; after that you pay nothing. There’s no refund for a month that has started, unless you use your right of withdrawal as a consumer (article 14).
14. Right of withdrawal for consumers
If you’re a consumer, you can withdraw from a Pro subscription within 14 days of taking it out, without giving a reason. The free week counts towards those 14 days. To do so, email hello@podlinkr.com. We refund everything you’ve paid within 14 days, using the same payment method.
15. Availability and changes
We do our best to keep Podlinkr working well and fast, but can’t promise it will always work without errors or interruptions. Links to other companies’ apps, such as Spotify and Apple Podcasts, can change or stop working. Statistics are a best-effort count, not an exact measurement.
We may improve and change Podlinkr. If we stop a Pro feature you could reasonably rely on, we tell you in advance. You can then cancel and get back what you paid in advance for the period after.
16. Liability
- If you use Podlinkr for free, we’re only liable for damage caused by intent or gross negligence on our part.
- If you have Pro, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the damage.
- We’re not liable for indirect damage, such as lost income or listeners, nor for other companies’ services that Podlinkr links to.
- These limits don’t apply in case of intent or gross negligence, and they don’t affect the rights consumers always have under the law.
17. Ending your account
You can have your account deleted by emailing hello@podlinkr.com. Cancel any running Pro subscription first. We may end your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Pages we create automatically stay, without your account’s settings.
18. Complaints
If you have a complaint, email hello@podlinkr.com. We respond within 14 days.
19. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We tell podcasters about important changes at least 30 days in advance, by email or in the studio. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before they take effect.
20. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to these terms and to the use of Podlinkr. Disputes with business users are submitted to the District Court of North Holland (rechtbank Noord-Holland). If you’re a consumer, you can also go to the court where you live, and the rights consumers always have under the law continue to apply.
