Directions & Ingredients

In mixing glass add:

¾ oz Calvados

¾ oz Gin (London dry or whatever suits you)

¾ oz Apricot liqueur (or brandy – NOT eau d vie)

Dash of water

Shake for 20 seconds  Double strain into chilled coupe
