“Encore Years” and the path to our highest purpose

Over the weekend, I read an article that I found deeply significant. In it, cultural commentator David Brooks focuses on finding meaning in older life, though I found his reflections relevant to all of us at any age. God often uses people in what Brooks calls their “Encore Years” to change history. And living with that end in mind is the best way to fulfill Christ’s calling for your life today as well.
