Lee Furnace head coach of, up and coming Principa High school

Lee Furnace Jr., the visionary Head Wrestling Coach at St. Louis powerhouse Principia School, joins host Cornell Robinson on The Money Round to discuss the explosive rise of the Panthers' up-and-coming wrestling program. In just two short seasons, Furnace has taken a rebuilding program and completely transformed it—sending nine wrestlers to the Missouri State tournament, including multiple state medalists and finalists. A former national champion athlete and long-time director of the Major Decision Wrestling Club, Furnace opens up about his core coaching philosophy, centered on four pillars: Faith, Respect, Effort, and Enthusiasm. The episode delivers an inspiring masterclass on how to build a championship culture from scratch while prioritizing character and long-term youth development.
