Directed by Dominique Othenin-Girard (Night Angel, After Darkness), Halloween 5 stars Danielle Harris as Jamie Lloyd (Halloween 4, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood), Donald Pleasence as Dr. Sam Loomis (The Great Escape, Escape from New York), Ellie Cornell as Rachel Carruthers (Halloween 4, House of the Dead), Beau Starr as Sheriff Ben Meeker (Goodfellas, Due South), and Don Shanks as Michael Myers/The Shape (Dumb and Dumber, The Life and Times of Grizzly Adams).

Jackie & Jon discuss why the sequel’s creative decisions left them frustrated, whether it wastes Halloween 4’s unforgettable ending, Dr. Loomis’ disturbing treatment of Jamie, the supernatural connection between Jamie and Michael, Rachel’s controversial death, the unexplained Man in Black, Don Shanks’ performance as The Shape, and how Halloween 5 compares to Halloween 4. Jackie & Jon are continuing their Halloween franchise marathon in anticipation of IllFonic’s upcoming Halloween game.
