<p>In this solo episode of The Tech Leaders Playbook, Avetis Antaplyan explores the rise of “invisible headcount” and why businesses should begin managing AI agents much like employees. He breaks down agent ownership, governance, offboarding, vendor lock-in, performance measurement, and the changing expectations for CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and other technology executives.
