Bullitt (1968) with Marshall Terrill
It's Kristen's birthday and you might be saying, "What musical or costume drama are you picking this year?" Nope, this year I'm all about fast cars, the streets of San Francisco and hanging out with the King of Cool, Steve McQueen, in 1968's Bullitt. And joining me on this cinematic road trip is McQueen biographer Marshall Terrill.
Terrill and I talk about how this was McQueen's highest high, and led to his lowest lows. We also discuss the infamous car chase which makes no geographic sense. And how the city of San Francisco looks today just like it did in 1968.
