28. How to Be Transparent with Jesus (Before You Get Your Life Together)

<p>I had been trying to get my life together before I attempted to have a deeper connection with Jesus, but that wasn&#39;t working at all. Then something quite the opposite happened. As I gradually learned how to share with Him what was going on in the depths of my heart and life, (before I got my life together) I slowly started realizing it was ok to do this. The shame I felt started disappearing as I started building a deeper relationship with Him by being transparent with Him about everything I was walking through. He didn&#39;t scold me or turn away. He drew me in closer and started healing my heart. </p>
