Counteroffering with Vegetables (S6 E15)

Stop me if you’ve heard this one: A Levite man, his concubine, and their servant walk into a Benjaminite town… But it’s no joke, as it ends with the woman being chopped into 12 pieces and mailed to each of the tribes. God eggs on the other 11 tribes as they take revenge on the tribe of Benjamin for their crimes. These revenge plans unfortunately involve canceling all upcoming weddings, so the Israelites compensate with a vineyard-based wife-snatching plan. (Judges 19-21)
