Its author, Dr. John Gray, has spent the decades since arriving at a different conclusion. The reason men and women struggle to understand each other runs deeper than how they talk. It runs through their hormones.

At 74, John is living proof of his own thesis. His testosterone is higher now than it was in his 20s. He produces almost no cortisol. He's been married twice, raised children, and built a 40-year career as a relationship counselor and author of more than 20 books.
